It sounds great, Made in the USA, and comes with the shown original Gigbag Case that fits it great. Aa14-1 Applause Vintage Ovation Big Bowl Balladeer Guitar Usa Round Back (46.4 similar) This guitar has an aluminum fret board. This is a LOUD acoustic guitar that plays easily with its low string action and fast, comfortable neck. Those elements combined with the iconic Bowl-Back design create for a very clear and strong projection. The neck is encased in a synthetic material that really looks and feels like wood. The back is all plastic and fine, but the front has these surface cracks in them. A really nice USA Made 1976 Applause by Ovation Acoustic Guitar. The AA14 has an Aluminum Fret Board and Neck.

I’ve seen quite a few of these but never one in this clean condition. Vintage Ovation Applause series AA14 acoustic guitar that features an aluminum fretboard Made late 1970s as part of Ovations economy line of instruments. The only real problem are the cracks on the face of the body. Applause by Ovation AA14 Aluminum / Urethane Neck Acoustic Guitar Natural. Bridge is fine, knobs work, neck seems solid and straight (it's a slab of aluminum, frets and all). He apparently has the case in his attic, and said he'll bring that next time he's out here, even though I didn't ask for this in the first place. It's an Applause AA14-A, but the thing doesn't say Ovation anywhere on it. My dad randomly showed up and decided to give me an old Ovation he had laying around.
